Erina has 10 plus years experience in Recruitment and Account Management. Super driven, clear communication skills and ability to problem solve. She founded and is currently self employed Head Hunter. Previously in Myanmar (Burma), she was instrumental in scaling two Job Boards/Recruitment Software startups before moving to Australia in April, 2021.

Some of the global and regional clients she acquired and managed for many years in Myanmar were Coca Cola, Nestle, Prudential, Nivea, British American Tobacco, Siam Commercial Bank among others. Erina is most fulfilled at work when candidates she helped recruit, excel in their career, are happy in their new position and remain with the business long term.
